(Zingiber Officinale)

Essential oil produced by steam distillation of the unpeeled dried ground root. It is a  pale yellow, amber or greenish liquid,  with a warm, slightly green, fresh woody-spicy scent.

Ginger essential oil blends well with essential oils such as sandalwood, vetivert, patchouli, frankincense, cedarwood, rose, lime, neroli, orange and other citrus fruits.
